Is it Really LOVE (by bbmelody)

@sweetnspice but as humans shouldn't we have compassion for others and know that occasionally we fall short of expectations and standards.
Sometimes people make mistakes based of misinformation which is ultimately us failing to understand the situation in hand. We all do this, we all do and say things we regret later so surely because of our own mistakes we should understand other people's mistakes?
Yes.

I wouldn't agree with that to be honest, love, or a relationship can be as romantic as you both make it, you can choose to sit in and do nothing or go places together.
Love is great at bringing the best in someone out, but love can make people hide away, it all depends on how you view love ad a relationship to be.
If you've had bad experiences then your more likely to see through rosé tinted glasses and not see love as a good thing.
It's so easy to also confuse lust with love!

@bbmelody perhaps "love" is conditional because we as society, as humans put conditions on it, why do we love our children unconditionally but love our partner conditionally?, maybe it's because we put conditions of things and place standards from things and people.
Romantic love is something that we control, we choose the partner, we have expectations of the relationship. There's billions others to choose from. That's why it has conditions.

A parent's love is unconditional because that child is part of you from the very beginning. You don't choose that love.

@sweetnspice or perhaps we don't always choose who we love?

I think we do. Maybe I'm wrong...who knows?

@bbmelody: I knew nobody's perfect except God.
But my point here is, when we love someone, it should be unconditionally.

honestly,i've been in love like that before. But he was in accident and he pass away.

Go back to your thread title is like asking "is it really LOVE "
I guess it's not ,it was just an outside attraction.

so easy to LOVE the person if you accept everything about him/her unconditional IN & OUT . That's true love ;-)
