When I tried the +46 number my phone shutdown and restarted.

You're in the US, so you should be sending your code to the number below:

(414) 455-5540

If you are allowed to send SMS/text messages from your mobile phone, then the number above should definitely work.

Please try again and let me know because I currently do not see any incoming text messages from your number to either of our numbers.

(k I just found out my service carrier does not allow SMS messaging.
