@Kieferlong: on new or old rail cars? What welding process are you welding with? Mig tig or stick or dual shield? What positions?

@gump79: new rail . cars arc welding uphill welds are what i'm having the most problems with.

@Kieferlong: what temp u running at? How thick it the metal. Are u mulipinating it going up hill

@gump79: using flux at three fifty wise speed and twenty four volts. the metal is about a half inch thick.

@Kieferlong: what the problem with ur weld? May turn the heat down and the wire speed. Hole the sides a lil longer

@Kieferlong: ok slow it down and turn the heat down. Hold the sides longer pause for rwo second. Is it wimdy
