@Strongrose: My suggestion is if your a in a new area, meet friends that have kids the same age. that way if you do want to go out you might have someone that can help ya out. maybe that's me but I feel that way.

And theres other stuff to do for a first date wen u have kids and no sitter...go to the zoo and take them with, go eat pizza, etc....but dont let em come to your home

I still don't think the kids should be there on a first date but y'all could have a picnic at a park

You could always go somewhere or do something that dont cost $$. Take a picnic & go to the park, or swimming? It also depends on the behavior of yoir children. But really I wouldnt be introducing your kids to guys unless hes gonna be a part of your life.
