If u look at the three letters in each line, one of those letters advanced by the number in that same line will spell the answer. For example the first line is the letter b, u advance the w 5 letters to get "b".

I did all the letters till I saw the answer forming.....kinda like unscrambling words :-)

Ok. Answer to first question: all the letters on the left spell a word.
