I believe that if you look deep enough and the other person is willing to show you you can see their soul
you can say anything with your eyes but your actions really tell the tale... very profound hey lol
@Briteeyes:
How can you tell by there eye's that they mean it. What do look for when you look deep in there eye's.

its the stare, the gaze, if he's distracted or can only look me in the eyes for a few seconds that's not as sincere as someone that will gaze into your eyes and tell you how much you mean to them. If they look at you right you know its real, you can feel it, and yes all it takes is the way he looks in my eyes....I melt when some one can show me he's sincere and honest. and he doesn't even have to say a word
I am asking people to answer this question in there own way.
Honestly, until the guy and girl really know each other, looking deep into each others eyes probably builds lust first and then attraction. As they spend time together looking deep into each other eyes could be a loving meaningful sentimental thing. For me, looking deep into his eyes is very securing and flirty and playful. It could also tell me what mood he's in. Weird but I can tell. The eyes do talk :)
