I make a killer sausage gravy myself. I only eat pork once in a while.

Lol. that is one of my few indulgences... I mainly eat baked/grilled chicken and fish and salads... but every once and a while, I indulge lol

I'm experimenting with that thing where you eat healthy everyday, but take one day out to eat whatever you want...but that could put most people in a food coma on that one particular day O_O

I love me some Mexican food!! Seriously, I could live off it lol. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies too, due dietary restrictions, but I let myself have one day a week that I can vary from my diet. Most of the normal things people eat, I can't have so it's tough for me, But I make it work :)

I love my Looosiana favs (I spelled it like I pronounce it lol) Seafood Gumbo, boiled crawfish, etouffe, jambalaya...and anything bbqed. Damn let's eat! :-)

@IrishLove1988: I love Mexican food too! But I can never find any that's good and authentic. I had the real deal once when I was in 7th grade....WOW. @Ram: Omg I left out jambalaya mmm!! Haven't had it in a while. I looove okra in my seafood gumbo :D I'm hungry and just ate! :(

@alynn: The best way to have real mexican, is to make it yourself. There's a place up here called El Mariachi's and there stuff is Authentic. Also, a place called Jose Malones that serves a mix of Mexican and Traditional Irish food!! It's still my all time favorite restaurant lol
