Okay let's say it's legal to buy it the stores as if it's booze. Even though a person can buy the booze legally & the Government collects taxes on each sale, that didn't stop a "Bootlegger" from selling it on the street. Stores have time limits to sell booze, a Bootlegger doesn't. Even if the store is open 24 hrs a day, the store can not sell booze 24 hrs a day . Am I right? I feel that this is the way it would be sold in stores, if pot was legal. Don't believe it will be treated as selling a pack of cigarettes.
