Please follow the rules.]: i know this is a little late i just wanted to say the i had to put my shephard down in may and it was the hardest thing i ever did. I could not leave her in her last moment and i would do anything to have had her go peacfully in her sleep at home asleep on my feet. If he/she is not suffering let them be. Though if things turn bad u should prepared ur self. When they get old they can turn for worse overnight....my thought are with you. At 19 it will be soon that u loose her. It is hard to loose a life partner. Give her extra love and enjoy what u have left. I wish for just one more day with mine. She is waiting at the rainbow bridge as yours will wait for you.
