Living with OCD! (by Trisha777)
Trisha 777-ocd is genetic however environment aggravates it- and a mass shock to the system changes brains chemistry on a mass scale. I got that shock and few others down yrs but last one was last straw! I dont make myself a vvictim of life irrespective horrors i been thru cos i choose to be a survivor. I love my life even if sometimes ocd aint so easy to live with. Thx god for mod meds i can live again! Ive endured 40yrs unexplained anxiety until two yrs ago i found out the cause. Knowledge is power!
For anyone suffering ocd or any disorder-i feel you. I eat gaba and seretonin rich foods which also helps tremendously! Ive found that my body tells me what foods it needs cos i crave them and all the enriched foods are what i love to eat. I just didnt always listen to my body before! Anything i eat which disagrees with me ive found theirs a reason it does! We should listen to our body! Ocd also makes one a good researcher and a excellent detective! Being hyper ive some extra adrenalin and adventurous!
@XXXDonna: Lol hello gal-i stole ur body for awhile. Wow so its true the movies ppl switching bodies well in cyberspace anyway lol :-) nice to meet the real donna lol
Wow trisha777 needs go get ready for gym. Have fab day donna and lol i had really good lol now
Sorry about this, guys. I see that the posts are still getting crossed despite the changes we made a few weeks ago. I know how absolutely frustrating that is, so let me dig back into the code to see what in the world could still be causing this to happen.
This is a huge mystery because it's nothing "obvious" (I've already discarded those), but I'll look through the logs of the posts above to see if I can find the root cause and fix it directly, or at least do an indirect fix that can hopefully fix this once and for all.
Thanks for your patience, and sorry once again.
