Ladys with alot of shoes... (by Lionface)

I've been trying to figure out why some ladies have so many pairs of shoes, and why ? Ten or more pair of shoes to me is excessive. Help me out here.

I have about 20pairs.I have a small shoe size-4 here.6.5 US I think.I find shoes that size incredibly adorable I just can't help!Plus they're quite cheap here so why not!In fact I feel "undershoed" lol
