it would not matter where you live here city and county bylaws say thay are not suppose to grow peanuts and corn close to a heavaly populated arae.but we new it was comming when he did it.and yes i will be at the county office at 10 and ask them what thay entend to do.This is there problem now there as guilty as the farmer.thay broke the law.

i think it was bolt up at the first of the year by the county comisheners. But the city perchased the land from this farmer last year and thay rent it to hem.I have leaved in the country here for 20 years and thay all ways have planted cotton .but i have never seen nothing like this befor.and i have got a feeling that thay will be some peaple bringing suet on the farmer and the city for this

@conan1957: Well I'm very suspicious now.. If it was his land, the Government purchases it. They they rent to him... Something is going on. The Government HAD to know, what this guy was doing. And suddenly peanuts? Something is wrong with this picture.
I would count in a lawsuit favoring the community. So I wouldn't count on being reimbursed. And nothing wrong with moving. Obviously things are never going to be the same for you or the neighbors.

God, knows it has happened before. And the Government & Non-Americans are buying up land like crazy. Scarey.. American middle class is disappearing.
