I already know what I'm gonna do...but would like to see what others think. I've been talking to a guy on here for a few months...texting...spoke once. He used to be in prison...ok...I suspected by his photos he may still be in but just let it go. A few weeks ago I mentioned I might be in his town soon does he wanna meet up for lunch like we had discussed. I could feel the tension...I didn't hear from him for a week or so, now he contacts me and explains why. So I ask the dreadful question....and yes he's still in. I understand him being afraid to mention it at first, it does scare people off...Now do I continue to be his friend although I was lied to....or would u stop all communication? Like I said, I know what I'm doing and why I'm doing it...but what would u do

@Olamide247: No I've seen pictures and looked him up to verify he's in prison. Talked to him on phone once, text very often

@Rob65: What he's in for isn't good :( but I don't know the whole story yet,.so I need the whole story before I can place judgement. Even with murder or something it could have been self defense u know. Rape I could never continue friendship...or anything to do with a child...no matter the story

Heres my take for whats its worth....ok so hes in prison..m he broke a law and hes paying for it....but at the same time, hes breaking prisin rules by having a cellphone on the inside....shows me hes still not disciplined enough to follow rules..is that a biggie? Idk, do u have rules to follow in real life outside of prison? I wld argue that u do...and if u cant follow them in prison, how are u gonna follow them outside of prison?
