Well I'm at the point in my life where I need to get off my ass and do something, but its so hard to find a job in my area where I live, and I've been thinking alot about the military for a while and its really the only thing I could have a decent career in.. what should I do? What's your opinion on the military

Sure why not? Feed you clothe you pay you and give you job training....whats not to like? Even if you only stay in for one enlistment, you can always gain valuable experience...I say go for it....and chicks dig the uni.

@justin01: the military is a good option if you play your cards right. Make sure you choose the branch that best fits your personality.
