hey i think that person didn't take his medicine early in the morning when he woke up....lol.....only weird people would do those kind of thing.
CONDEMNATION will not resolve the issue: it seems to harden and spur such people into more negative actions. Thus, we should try to understand them...and possibly help them, if we can.
