Why? Because I lost my family forever. My adopted parents told me if try to contact any of my family members again. They were going to put a resraining order on me. I REALLY did Lose Them and i am so sad right now I have no one. I litterly cryed for 4 hours strait and i am still crying. I have been living on my own for six month starting one month b4 i turned 18. Now the hola days are coming and i am going to be all alone. Someone help me get them off my mind and i hate this time of year.

@Graceyyy18: gosh im so sorry to hear that, ive started living alone for the first time since May of this year, and i already hate it, and the holiday season is going to be hard, i have my friends, and others to keep me happy, so all i can do is offer my friendship :)

My heart goes out to u! If u hav family y wld u want to look for ur blood family? Theres reason things r what they r. I hope u find ur way thru these diffucult times.

@james85: You are lucky because my did not like me in the long run. They only kept me cause they got my checks when i was younger. And then my ex case worker did a voice recorder on them and they said so many bad things. About me that they wouldnt say infront of me. i tried appolagizing to them. But i got no reply i tried talking to my other family but all i got is a warning. And friend ship is what i need right now

well here goes im telling something that i dont really mention unless i have to. I was born with a extremly rare bone and kidney disease which is a genetic disease called nail patella syndrome. I am presently living in pa, but because of my disease and how the cold weather affects my disease i have to relocate to miami florida. I will start out living in homeless shelters. I do have family, but we are so seperated by living in so many different states it is as though i have no family either. When i call them on the phone to tell them that my disease is in the process of killing me it seems that they are not taking my words very seriously.

@Tinman02: i have no Family! Ileft My brith family because of the state when i was 3 and i got adopted at the age of 8 and they gave me up. And my brith parents died of heath reason. And i hate using or see the word family.

To be honest. Push the feelings you have away. If yoir adoptive parents dont love you enough to respect your choices to find your biological parents then to hell with them. Continue to find your blood family. Parents dont always adopt out children for bad reasons. Sometimes its whats best!
