Please take another verification pic in better lighting so that the code is clearly visible and upload it again to restart the verification process.

Hi Andres. I have changed my pic a hundred times but this time it says it failed verf. I did changed it to a non pic of me overnite a few days ago then changed it back to my reg pic, why is it not getting verfified. I was told it isnt even in the list to be verified.

The problem is with the service you are using to upload your pic. Whatever service you are using is not actually attaching the pic to the e-mail. In fact, it's not even providing a link to the image, so please check with your service provider because we obviously cannot fetch an image that is not there.

I really wanna verify my pic and I haven't had any luck with it so far. It always fails. Can I get any help or tips?

It seems that you never uploaded your verification pic, so why do you say it "always fails"? It could not have failed until after you uploaded it, yet it seems you never did.
