Migraine (by anichole)

I've had a migraine for 3 days just wish it would go away!!!

Did you try drinking black coffee or caffeinated softdrinks ? It could help decrease the pain ..

yes sadly I've tried both and a hot shower both seems to help :/

What about massage ? Perhaps it is triggered by tight muscles or muscles spasm ..

Do you always have migraine ? 3 days is terrible :(

Yes I have a lot of them but we had them under control. I've been off one of my medicines for a few days and I think that's what's causing it

It depends on what is causing the migraine what will help it.... it might help to figure out what kind it is first? an 3 days is a long time. But I am sure you will find a solution. (this was bit late on my part just saw your above reply lmao)

It depends on what is causing the migraine what will help it.... it might help to figure out what kind it is first? an 3 days is a long time. But I am sure you will find a solution. (this was bit late on my part just saw your above reply lmao)
every 2mths I get a nerve block plus take a seizure med to control the headaches Dr says they r from the fibromyalgia

I just found out in September I've got a few major health problems we are still trying to get my medicines figured out

@anichole: ah. that sucks. I get blinding ones an the doc sent me for scans and all an nadda I am just a lucky duck that gets nasty ones for no reason. mine leave me ill for hours/days sometimes. so it does suck. I hope you get it all sorted out.
