Hey guys, its possible that its a phone issue and not a site problem, when i go on dating Dating.mobi using a different browser, like opera mini, i dont have that problem.

If the problem disappeared after I removed the "Report" button, then it makes me think you guys (or your browsers) are somehow accidentally hitting/processing the "Report" button of the last post on the page after writing a quick reply at the bottom of the thread, because I didn't actually remove the "Report" functionality, only the button. So if something was getting crossed "behind the scenes" so to speak (or with the Forum script), then the problem should have continued since the functionality was still there. I'm going to re-activate the "Report" button and let's see if it happens again. Please pay close attention if it does, so you can report back exactly what happened in case my theory is wrong.

Regarding the other problem, I'm still looking into it and will report back on the other thread about it.

Thanks for your help debugging this issue and let's see if we can get rid of it once and for all. By the way, I made this thread a "sticky" so we can all find it easily when/if this happens again.

And it really doesnt have anything to do with how long the post is....has happened with just one sentence posts....but it is always when we post at the SAME time...and if you try the back button it stll just goes to report so and sos post over and over...have to go 'home' and then bck into forums to git out of the screen

OK, I see that it happened again when you were doing a Quick Reply. My suspicions are that this problem is limited to just the Quick Reply.

Let's try an experiment to see if we can isolate this issue to that specific feature. For the next few weeks, please stop using the Quick Reply form at the bottom and only use the Reply/Quote buttons instead (I encourage anyone who has ever experienced this issue to do the same).

Please report back to this thread in a couple of weeks to see if this happened again (even if just once) using only the regular Reply/Quote features. If it has not, then we will have effectively isolated the problem to the Quick Reply feature, and I can then start playing around with that specific feature to help resolve this issue once and for all.

Thanks!

Bummer! But thanks for letting me know. Just so I'm clear, you clicked on the "Reply" button on her post, which gave you the standard reply page showing @Acire73 in the text box, and you wrote your post, and when you clicked the "Post New Reply" button, it sent you to the "Report Post" page? Is that right? If so, what did you see on the "Report Post" page at that point?

Anything else unusual or different that will help me isolate and pinpoint this issue?

Thanks!

Nothing else unusual...and i just see writing in red saying you are reporting soandso post and a box to wrte why i am reporting it and yes it was the standard @acire73 reply. the very next post acted kinda werd too come to think of it, I again replied to aire and it took me back to an empty reply box (like i hadnt typed anything yet) after i posted, but when i went to the thread my reply was there
