Im sure im not the only one.. But the karma system needs to be in such away if a person gives them that + karma or - karma it should stay .. Guys / Women give out karma but if the other person isnt happy with them outside of this site then that person comes back on giving a - karma to that person... Its not ones fault for example.. 1 guy chatting up a chick on here then gives her a + karma then of site things go wrong he doesnt want to be honest instead of talking to her he comes back on this site giving her a - karma .. It would make them feel used because that guy just wanted + karma level to go up ..

The "undo" button was introduced thanks to user feedback.

If we didn't have an "undo" button, we would get a load of complaints from users who accidentally gave the wrong Karma.

Also, people's opinions of someone might change as they get to know each other better. Maybe a guy starts off all sweet, and a girl gives him positive Karma. But then he shows his true color and he becomes rude and disrespectful, should the girl not have the opportunity to change the Karma she gave him? I think she should.

Not all Karma is deserved. I was aware that that would be the case when I designed the System. That's why you don't get a Warning on your profile until you have severely negative Karma. Also, most people aren't like what you described, so the "normal" people should more than make up for any bad apples as long as you are consistently friendly and respectful. That's specifically why your Karma Score is the aggregate of your Positive and Negative Karma.

At this moment, you can only give and undo Karma directly on the "View Message" page, so if you don't have any message from that user, then you won't be able to undo it unless he messages you again. But why would you want to undo the Karma you gave to a user if they haven't sent you any messages since then and you've deleted all their messages?

Because cut long story short someone gave a positive karma visa versa then of site was not who he made out to be on here then i come back on here then straight away my karma went down and i know it was him and i dont think someone should have a positive karma when he gave the negative one.. But thanks for your help though :)

Well, would you guys like to be able to undo Karma even after you've deleted someone's messages? I could add that to the To-Do list if there is enough interest.

That said, don't sweat a single Negative Karma, NiceGirl. It's barely dented your score. If this guy is being like that to everyone he meets, then he'll be barely denting their Scores with his Negative Karma, whereas all the ladies will be bombarding him with Negative Karma. In the end, he's going to have Severely Negative Karma thanks to all those ladies, while those ladies barely feel the effects of his single Negative Karma. Make sense?

I would never give anyone karma unless they were very special and would find no need to withdraw it! I wouldnt need to increase it because it would be correct!
