My (15/M) dad (43/M) asked me if I?m okay with him and his girlfriend (40/F) getting married, and I don?t know how to tell him that I?m not.

My mom died four years ago. My dad started dating Gina last summer. Yesterday he told me that he was thinking about marrying Gina, and he wanted to know if that would be okay with me because he knows I still miss my mom. He told me to think about it and tell him in a few days.
The thing is that I really don?t like Gina. I tried to give her a chance but I just can?t get along with her. She?s really loud and always needs everyone?s attention to be on her. She has a really mean sense of humor and teases people a lot even when they obviously don?t think it?s funny. She?s just in general not a fun person to be around. She makes me anxious and I don?t like spending time with her. I really don?t understand why my dad is with her and I think he could do better.
So obviously I don?t want my dad to marry Gina, but I think that if I tell him that it?s just going to sound like I?m being a brat because I don?t want a stepmom. And that isn?t the problem, I?m okay with my dad moving on from my mom but I just don?t like this specific woman.
Can someone please tell me what I should say to my dad?
tl;dr: How can I explain to my dad that I don?t think he should marry his girlfriend without sounding like a brat?
