Can you actually feel a difference when your balls are "full" or "empty?"

I know y'all are tired of the **** questions but I searched the search bar and came back with nothing. Maybe it's just a porn thing but I always see men refer to their balls as "full and heavy" or talk about "emptying their balls" but can you actually tell? Do they actually "fill up?"
