My (29m) ex girlfriend (We dated a year) (30f) is going absolutely insane and refuses to leave my house.

So basically, she's had a few meltdowns accusing me of ****ing everyone under the sun. Her best friend, my best friend (Who happens to be female), that girl who smiles at me when I pick up my Taco Bell order, the works.
I got sick of it, amongst other violent episodes and screaming episodes and told her we're finished.
She lives with me in a one bedroom, which I own. I told her she was more than welcome to stay until she found her own place, and she has about 5k saved so it shouldn't be a problem.
That's when **** got wild wild. In one screaming episode, she demands to look at my phone because I'm probably "texting whores" i.e. anyone with a vagina. I tell her no, that's not going to happen. We are not together and she has no rights to my phone. Cue a ****in nuclear bomb, she starts screaming bloody murder, throwing ****.
I say once; "If you dont stop screaming I am going to call the police."
I say twice; "If you dont stop screaming I am going to call the police."
Three times, you're out. I call the cops, she lunges for my phone the whole time. I squat down facing a corner and duck while talking to dispatch so she cant take it.
Cops come, she gets baker acted because the things she's yelling makes David Icke sound like a reasonable guy.
She gets released, comes back and I tell her to pack her stuff and leave. She refuses, claiming she can't afford a new place to live. I tell her that I gave her every chance but violence and police are where I draw the line.
She refuses to leave still. So, as of typing this, she is still here. She keeps posting suicidal things on facebook so her friends keep asking to come to the house, which is fine but disruptive. She also keeps sending me weird "We can make this work" memes and tagging me in posts making it seem like we are still together.
I dont have the $200 to file an unlawful detainer or an eviction and it doesnt matter because it's a 15-30 day process and they wont evict anyone in our state right now due to COVID19.
I have zero clue how or why they let her out of the psyche ward.
I'm at a loss, because I keep trying to speak reasonably to her but it's always a trap. She'll ask, "Wanna go to neighborhood bar and grab a drink?" And I'll be like "...Um...okay?" And then she'll blow up, "I BET ITS OKAY BECAUSE YOU HOPE YOUR ***** HEATHER WILL BE THERE."
I have about 6 hours worth of audio recordings of her threatening me, as well as messages where she admits to pulling a knife on me.
I know this sounds more like /r/legaladvice stuff but I know my rights and I pretty much have none unless I have her arrested.
I dont know how to smooth his situation over until I can get her out.
Tl;dr: My ex refuses to leave my house, was involuntarily committed to a mental ward, got out, scares the **** out of me and I cant legally evict her.
What, if anything, can I do?
Edit: "David" Icke, not "Robert" Icke
