I havent seen your verification pic but background has nothing to do with verification. Usual reasons for pics failing verification are that the code cant be read or the pic is not a clear shot of your face.

Im pretty sure the code can be read and as far as i can see everything is superclear

It is hard to tell, you have dark shades in the other pic
