I've being trying to change my password since yesterday n d message i get is 'You have already changed your date of birth once before and cannot change it again.' moreso, i never 4 once try to change my DoB (date of birth), y am i receiving such reply while trying to change my password. Pls help me look into this

In fact, could you please change your password several times -- including after logging out and then logging back in and then multiple times during the same Session -- to make sure this issues doesn't recur?
