THE ANSWER IS DURING SEX , CAUSE HE IS PLUGGED IN TO THE KNOWLEDGE SOURCE. 
Well ladies there in lies the answer to the male brain, and why s** is always on the mind... They secretly know knowledge is power, and are constantly looking for plug point to update their knowledge supply. Hee hee hee. Thanks for the revelation Shawn. Now we know.
