Ive come across this a lot too. Sometimes, happy also means secure. She doesn't want to leave her marriage but maybe sexually or intimately she's not satisfied. This is the situation happening with my sister but in a lesbian relationship.

Personally, I wish things were really as logical and as reasonable as this but it's not. This is what makes life so complicated and crazy lol
