any tips on how to *** from my gf giving head? cause it makes me feel like **** that I cant

I feel ashamed that she hasn't made me ***, and she basically just told me that she doesn't want to give me head anymore because she lost the hope of making me ***. Like ****, that doesn't make me feel better, makes me wanna die. On top of that, she said if I can't *** then later we might just end things cause of my "problem" like **** how much more can I feel like ****?
