I post a comment on a thread, it shows that it was posted but then after being logged off for about 5 minutes I log back in & go to that thread it shows my comment was posted but I still see the comment box as if I didn't post it.

Repeated violations of the above will result in increasing temporary bans from the forum and an eventual permanent ban from the site. Basically, just be friendly and neighborly and all will be well.
