I (23F) ended a 10 year friendship that became toxic/abusive. How to move on without talking to them (23F)?

Hi,
I recently ended a 10 year long friendship that turned toxic after they had verbally abused and threatened me. I went to therapy for it to identify toxic traits and to improve if I was the toxic one. Turns out I was gaslit, demeaned, verbally abused, etc.
I blocked them from all social media/messaging apps and they were my roommate but I'm staying with my partner during quarantine.
It's been really hard to move on because I have a lot of sadness, anger, feelings of betrayal, etc.
What are ways to move on without having to talk or see them?
tl;dr:
Ended long toxic friendship of ten years. What are steps to move on without having to interact with the person?
Edit: I did not disappear from her life out of nowhere. I called out her abuse and her toxic patterns when she was being verbally abusive in a fight and she refused to go to therapy after mutual friends and myself pointing it out. She told me she didn't need it, cursed me, insulted me, and called me emotionally manipulative for talking about therapy and manipulating our friends so I blocked her everywhere and cut her off.
Edit: I'm still paying my rent as I'm a co-leasor and have talked to my landlord about being taken out of the lease at its renewal for the people wondering.
