Changing your faith (by james85)
Would you change your religion/faith for/to be with your partner if asked? What if they say they will change to your religion for you?
I would not change my religious views for anyone nor would i expect them to change for me
When I was younger & wanted to marry & have children, Faith was indeed an issue. Now being divorced, & my children grown Faith and many other things are no longer an issue. Now, it is mostly a question of compatabiliy in dating. But no... I would never have converted, nor will ever. Nor expect anyone else to.
@james85: Well....if I was to change my faith.....it probably wasnt faith to begin with. Now if you mean affiliation (Catholic, Methodist etc....) I dont see what the big deal is.
If it is to change from church to an other, it is some how save because u have to know wat kind of church it is. Dont ever change from christianity to anyother. May Jesus help us
I had a ex fiancé wanting me to convert being a Catholic but in all honesty I consider my self non denominational and my grandparents on dad s side are Catholics and it just something I couldn't do it ended up splittin us up
