[Update] I [25m] believe my girlfriend is pregnant, she [25f] refuses to take a test.

Original Post
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who responded to my last post. I genuinely appreciate all the advice I was given.
The comments on my last post made me realize how irrational I was being. I was also very rude to my girlfriend by pressuring her to take a test when she already refused to do so. After reading the responses to my last post, I sat my girlfriend down and apologized to her. I told her that I had no right to push my suspicions onto her, and that I will drop the subject completely. She accepted my apology and we are fine now. The responses to my last post also made me realize that I may have anxiety issues, and I have made plans to see a counselor.
Still, after apologizing and moving on, my girlfriend still showed the same symptoms I noticed before and I still believed she was pregnant. Out of respect for her, I didn't say anything and just took care of her when she felt sick. For Valentine's Day, my girlfriend suggested that we have dinner at the restaurant we had our first date at. My girlfriend usually takes seven years to figure out what she where to eat, so I was too excited that she knew what she wanted to think that something was going on. While we were having dinner, my girlfriend said she had a present for me. She pulled out a box and when I opened the box there were ultrasound photos inside of it! I couldn't hide my excitement. The older couple having dinner next to us overheard our conversation and bought us cheesecake. My girlfriend decided to take a test a few days after I apologized. She made a doctors appointment to be sure before she told me anything and when it was confirmed she decided to surprise me for Valentine's Day. She will be 9 weeks in two days. My girlfriend and I are very happy and excited to start a new chapter in our lives.
tl;dr: Sat girlfriend down and sincerely apologized. Planned to see someone about my anxiety. Girlfriend surprised me with ultrasound as Vday present. I could finally start working on my dad bod.
