That won't be very effective because they can easily change their IP. I can't reveal any details for obvious reasons, but there are other ways we neutralize these kinds of scammers, and it's not necessarily by banning them as we have other tools available.

Its seems I've been running into more and more scammers it'd kind discouraging and starting to be pain what's frustrating is they use the same song and dance I can spot them a mile way

that should encourage you to hang around and report anyone who asks for money-if you are a good spotter then you should be avoiding them and helping get rid of em by reporting to admin:)
