After Divorcing, Would You Remarry Another Divorcee or A Single Person? (by JustMeAndYou77)

With all of the discussions about Marriage and Divorce, I began thinking of second marriages. Afterall, in a lifetime, this realistically may be a part of it for adults. Whether a marriage works or not life has to go on and in my perspective, no man or woman should be without a companion for the duration ofhis or her life. I love a good pairing.:) If this was your situation, how would you consider it and why.

I like to think I learned my lesson the first time, lmao! But if the right girl came along I would probably give marriage another try. But just cohabitating would be cool too.

Ahhhh, interesting lol I have never been married either but I am not opposed to marrying one day.:) It's one thing Ive learned as I spend lots of time around seniors and older adults though...is not to let bad situations control happiness. Life is too damn short. So Im glad that you will move on to find someone that does make you happy no matter how the arrangement is made.

Yes, definitely I'll remarry & looking forward for that now . I'll marry a man regardless of his status ( whether divorcee or single ) as long as I love him . My only concern is if that man has children and how are the arrangement would be ...

Rainbowbutterfly, hiya girl. Good for you!:) I feel you on the baggage situation. That's the only thing that makes me a little skeptical about dating or marrying someone from a previous marriage. How much baggage and how much drama.

LOL Rainbowbutterfly and lonelyinsc33, your situation is completely understandable. Would you think it better to remarry a woman who's also gotten a divorce and maybe have kids of her own or a single woman? What do you think is a more compatible situation for a second marriage?
