Would you rather be the most powerful human or least powerful vampire?

As the most powerful human, you will have insane wealth, perfect health, flawless body, and no matter which national leader it is, they all consider you as their superior. However, you're still human. You'll probably make it to 100 years old but as a very old person.
As the weakest vampire, you can't fly, control minds, shapeshift, or even walk on walls. You have all the weaknesses: garlic, silver, christian holy symbols, places, and water, and the sun will immediately incinerate whatever flesh is touched by it. You are still immortal and you can heal from most any wound that doesn't immediately kill you, even regrowing limbs over a few days. You must drink human blood but only about a pint a day. You are also physically superior to every human. Stronger than the strongest, faster than the fastest. And why not, you're also insanely gorgeous.
