Option One: You?d be able to fall asleep immediately whenever you want. You can still be woken up naturally or by external stimulus (ie alarms). Additionally, any sleep disorder that would cause you to wake up would be gone.
Option Two: Pretty self-explanatory. Your body would use the water it needs and any excess liquid would magically disappear.
