What are things that you are so use to doing or having, that if you don't, you are thrown off.?
Ex: coffee,tea,coccoa, in the morning.

Taking bath at night. I sleep better, my allergies are less trouble. Showering in the morning, interferes with my other rituals.. Lol (& I hate to rush..)

In the morning.. i look on the mirror first and smile..cup of coffee and bread..(always rush)

1. Wake up
2. Shower
3. Get dressed
4. Make up my bed
5. Pray

Cant remember the last time that process was interrupted...

At night..on my netbook play my music..clean myself.. fb and Dating.mobi....snack.:-)

Lining out everything the day has in store and making all my major decisions while taking the morning shower.

I have to have caffeine everyday. I don't have any other ritual other than taking off my pants when I get home.

I have to do my duty every morning...or should I say doody...; )

With me there's only one thing, but it's not really ritual. After damn near losing mama a little over three months ago I make sure to have some sort of contact daily, whether by txt, call, or visit. And I make it a point to tell my loved ones how much they mean to me daily.

i swear every 24-29 y.o does this lmao.
