Whats everyone think about bullies what qualifies as bullying why they bully and what makes minions follow the leader.

isn't it amazing how unnoticed it can really go too. I think the real bullying goes on at a different level. Leaving the victim helpless. If it's not going on on the physical level. That is so much worse. Actually what's funny is that it's even socially accepted.

The minions follow to insure themselves against being victims of their leader. Hyenas and coyotes do the same thing. Guess it's natures way.

The thing with the animals though, is that the pack followers grow, get stronger, and eat the pack leader. Or the leader sees them getting stronger, runs them off,
turns the rest of the pack against them, or just eats them. The same principle applies to people.
