You answered yout own question. If my restrictions are set on over 45, USA only. It is my CHOICE. Just as an 18yr old woman, may only want to message men her age in India. People are here for different reasons. But no matter what that is. It is their CHOICE.

Wish age grade could be included so people know exactly wht someone is looking for. If you message me and ur pic aint verified I will not take you serious etc etc and d list goes on.
