I think she is another scammer guys she asks to send money so she can come to be with you dont fall for her crap

These scammers are getting better since this one was able to get verified even though they are using a fake pic. They managed to find two pics of a woman, one in which she was holding a piece of paper, and they photoshopped the Verification Code onto that piece of paper in a very professional manner:



This isn't the first time scammers try this, and we normally catch these if we're the ones verifying, but the community generally does not as they have less experience with this, and this one seems to have been verified by the community.

You will notice, however, that this profile does not have their phone verified, so they were still unable to verify both their pic and their phone. I just failed their pic verification and forced them to fully verify before they can contact anyone again or read their messages, so it will be interesting to see how they try to get around this.

If this continues to happen to a significant degree, we will have to make the TruPic™ process a bit more complicated, such as asking users to hold the paper in a certain way, or to do something unique with the paper, so that generic online pics of people holding a piece of paper cannot be used to fake-verify.

@Andres: good idea! Even so it`s not the site`s fault if some liars/scammers get through. It`s best not to send money or gifts to anyone, ever. Although as a real girl (lol) i can honestly say if a guy would rather get taken in by a fake sexy picture than meet a real woman who is less beautiful, *shrug*, then let them pay for the fake fantasy if they want to.

i agree with the not send money or anything else. But scammers prey on people who dont know better. Its a sad fact. But i wouldnt want to be scammed. Im sure you wouldnt. Our job here is to report anyone that is doing it to save other people of dealing with this and actually being scamed. I know you wouldnt want to be because i dont

But i noticed its been with the guys more than women. Why is that? We just picky. We have had a few women than men trying to be scammed. Just curious.

I didnt send money but talked thru msgs foq awhile and reported when it happened

That user has been banned and is trying to get back in through a new account. I don't think they'll make it through, but let me know if they do and we'll ban them again.
