Hi folks please don't be offended by this, its something i heard and I'm just wondering if its true, ive heard that some American states are more "Irish friendly" than others. If its true, should i just avoid the ones that aren't when i come visit?

@james85: We do have a history of "Irish persecution". But how true, or prevalant it is today.. Idk.

@james85: Well... I love the Irish. But sterotypes, bad jokes etc.. Still exist. Smdh.. Unfortuately ,I do not have the years & years(dates), of when the persecution existed. Nor can I post a link. I would ask & trust the people, you are to visit.... There are ofcourse many countries that do not like & even hate Americans. Some of that thinking is sterotyping as well.
