Can we have a forum link on all the pages, like home and search? and are sexxy and sexxyamy and niceashley and hunbun not all the same with fake profiles? and what happened to putting the messages in conversation form?

and just one more thing...it gets very frustrating when u take the time to type a long post and then cant post it becuz it keeps going to report a post when u click on post reply at the bottom of the message box

hunbun and niceashley already deleted their account, sexxyamy has already been forced to verify (and probably why she never came back), and I just forced sexxy to verify since the pic is clearly fake. sexxyamy and sexxy seem to be using different phones but have very similar IP addresses, and hunbun, niceashley, and sexxyamy all used the same type of phone, so it does seem that they are all the same person, but nothing indicates that they are the same guy as Punisher61.

I should probably add that we obviously don't have the resources to go after every fake profile (remember, it's just my girlfriend and I running the entire site), which is why we give you guys the tools to not only verify your pic and phone, but to see whether others have as well, and to force them to fully verify before they can contact you. So we let each user choose the level of risk they feel most comfortable with.

Still working on it. The issue with Punisher61 took a lot of my time this week, and I'm the only one who does the programming around here, so everything got pushed back a bit. No matter how many features I add or bugs I fix, my To-Do list only grows. :) But that's a good thing, because it means the site is only going to get better and better.

Only a couple of other people have reported this issue. Are you guys 100% certain you are not clicking the "Report" button by mistake and then writing a post when in reality you are filling out a Report? Because I don't see how these two could be getting crossed, and I've never been able to reproduce this issue on my end.

Here's what I can do for now to eliminate this as a potential cause, I'll make the "Report" page stand out more so it is clear when you are reporting someone, because right now the two pages look almost identical, so I can definitely see how accidentally clicking the "Report" link could fool anyone into thinking they were replying to a post.

Im 100% certain, and it seems like the post that it keeps trying to report is one thatwas posted after i have gotten into the message box and before i press post reply if that helps...and sorry i missed u addressing the forum link

Are you saying that when this happens, it tends to report a post that was made AFTER you clicked the "Reply" button? That would be very strange indeed, as it would mean it's not even reporting the post you were replying to.

Have you noticed any pattern for when this issue tends to occur?

@Andres: When this has happened to me, I've noticed another person has posted at abt the same time as I have. That's the pattern I see. Cud 2 people hit 'post' at the same time and make this problem occur?

I looked at our code but I don't see how that's possible unless the Forum software has a major bug in it. But this is the most popular Forum software in the world, so it would surprise me if they had such a major bug.

Let's try something, I've removed the "Report" button from the Forums. Let's see if this problem stops or continues. If it continues, we'll now something is definitely getting crossed in the Forum software.

Im not replying, i am just writing a post in the message box on a thread...not replyng to someone specifically. that is why i know i am not accidently hitting report....i start writing a message just like this one and when i am done i click on the post reply and it keeps trying to report a post that was made while i was in the message box. it happens to me frequently when a thread is new and the conversation is moving pretty fast

Well, now that I've removed the "Report" link altogether, let's see if it continues to happen or not. That will help isolate the cause. Please report back in one week. Thanks!
