Mine is probably Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I beat it the day it came out and still had fun with it for like 5 years after that. Lol.

Im a driving nut, so i got a logitech g25 force feedback sim racing wheel and coupled that with Gran Turismo 5. Sheer driving pleasure...though the Grand Theft Auto series gets me hooked in a different way. So much to do, so much fun to be had!
