If a user wrote to you first, you should be able to reply to them regardless of their Contact Restrictions.

Is this not happening? If not, then please send me the username of the user who contacted you and who you are unable to contact back so I can fix this for you.

OK, that explains it. The exception based on first contact does not override a Verified Pic requirement as we want as many members getting verified as possible to minimize the number of fake profiles.

Have you tried getting your pic verified?

@Andres: i lost my old acct and dont want the nuts i got rid of to find me. I just like chatting. If i meet someone interesting i can send a pic. I like that better.

Have you tried dumping the users that are bothering you? You'll never see or hear from them again if you dump them and they won't even know you've dumped them.

Just keep dumping their new accounts. It takes literally one second to dump someone, but it takes them several minutes to create an account and upload their pic, so you have the upper hand!
