I dont think there real, atleast not to the point of movies or books. What i mean is there are poeple out there that have read one to many vam. Book or movies that they try to be one thats about it. But there have been people in people through out the ages that drink blood or or hunt people or were hunt for there crazy life styles

Lol psychic vampires are people who feed on energy and emotions and sanguien vampires take the energy they need from blood and if blood is not available than energy is fine and tantric vampires are sexual vampires like the succubus or incubus and feed on sexual energy that is released during orgasm
