Would you rather have a free house keeper or free mechanic?

The house keeper comes once a month. He cleans adequately, will do the dishes, and the laundry. He will also dust, mop, and scrub sinks. He will not hang the laundry, or clean anything outlandish, like if you start pooping on the floor or something. They only clean the inside of the house.
The mechanic will fix your car for free, including any routine maintenence. He will not, however, perform upgrades for free. He can install them for free if you buy the parts, but otherwise he will only replace parts with average parts. For instance, he will replace the battery, but it will be a regular Duralast battery that doesn't have anything extra. He only works M-F, though, 9-5.
