Tldr- Husband didn?t get a gift from my parents or sister for his bday and he?s disappointed. Do I say anything?
Hello all My hubby [37m] and I (36f) have been together for almost 17 years. We have kids as do my sister and her hubby, and we see them and my parents at least once a week. My husband recently gave my sister an outdated apple computer from his office for free. My dilemma? we all went out for dinner. Split the bills and we paid for our little family and they paid for theirs. They did not buy him a present or card. I always buy for my sister her husband and my parents. He told me he was disappointed that they at least didn?t get him a card. There is a bit of a cultural difference too- his family calls or sends e cards or gives cards. Should I say anything? or just let it go. Also my parents do a lot for us and help us with our kids. Thank you!
