How bout not being a dumb ass and doing drugs while pregnant? Or.....use a condom.....or dont do drugs in the first damn place. There are consequences for every action...some good, some bad....and consequences for doing drugs are making stupid ass decisions like banging some other moron methhead and getting pregnant. Im probably already sending tax dollars to her strung out ass in the form of welfare and food stamps and if Im gonna HAFTA support her ass with my tax dolllars, I want her ass in jail......and she can get her addiction help in there also.

Btw, theres another consequence to being pregnant and using drugs.....you lose your kid. There are PLENTY of childless couples who be ELATED to be parents and not make f*cked up decisions.

@WalkSoftly: nicely put walks. Oh you would be furious if you lived in my part of town because what you just talked about goes on far too often and they get away with it. In just the town over where I live are a bunch of pill popping, alcoholic drug addict welfare junkies and our tax dollars support dead beats like that and still are able to keep their children and no jail time all the while they take our tax dollars to support their druggie alcoholic lifestyle

Put their ass in jail! Not only are they breaking the law for doing drugs but they are always abusing their child. Would you say put her in rehab if she was giving giving the baby drugs after he was born?

Btw.....

"" (WBIR - Monroe County) Mallory Loyola, 26, of
Madisonville gave birth to a baby girl on
Sunday, July 6th. Two days later, Loyola was
arrested and charged with simple assault.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said Loyola
and her young daughter both tested positive
for amphetamine at the University of
Tennessee Medical Center. Deputies say
Loyola admitted to smoking meth three to
four days before giving birth to her child.

She knew she was pregnant and did not stop. She chose her drug over the baby. She needs to go to jail.

@simplyme123: if the mother is smoking crystal meth, crack, weed, or popping very strong pain killers at the time she is pregnant and the child is found with them drugs in its system at time of birth that's child abuse and she should GO TO JAIL!

@james85: They don't care bout the child or anything else if taking drugs while knowing they are pregnant. Soon as found out i was pregnant i stopped even smoking. Gave up my dr pepper drinking no caffeine soda. Even those things were hard changes. ! SAY JAIL!
