Monitoring my perceptions & the words that come out of my mouth to the best of my abilities...& saying my daily affirmations when I first wake up in the morning...and before I lay to sleep @ night. Some times I totally forget to do one or the other...but more and more it's starting to become a habit...which I'm GRATEFUL for. For I'm not RELIGIOUS(though I respect all religions & those who follow them)...but I am spiritual(Law of Attraction/I believe through our thoughts/words we manifest our very on heaven or h**l).
(44 / M-F / Uttar Pradesh)Seeing my daughter's face and kissing her as soon as i wake up in the morning is the most important "ritual" of my day . i hate it when im not able to do this . there are some others too like no drinking on tuesdays , thursdays , or saturdays ; preference to green ink pen for writing and white shirts etc .
