Only thing I can say is some people have issues they have not yet discovered. Sounds like a personality disorder. I have 1 when I was younger I was stupid enough to fake an attack.. I still have NO idea why I did it. But Id never do it again.. some people thrive for people to worry for them to see how someone cares. Either way... Weather your in the hospital or not either way.
